A New GIANT IN HOLLYWOOD in the making! - Paramount/Skydance tentatively agreed to a merger. This still needs final approval by a special committee of Paramount’s board of directors.  If (when...this one seems very likely) they win that approval, the deal will combine Paramount — the parent company of CBS, MTV and Nickelodeon — and Skydance!
