I use iMDB to find the names and contact info for production companies outside the U.S.. For instance, I know that a production company was involved in the making of "Cold Mountain" even though it was primarily shot in Romania. Both the Italian company (Cattleya) and the Romanian company (Castel Film) are listed in iMDBPro along with their contact info. Likewise, "Talk of Angels" was shot in Spain and they used Kanzaman as their local production service company, which is also listed in iMDBPro. And of course all of Pedro Almodovar's films come out of Spain where he has a robust production company. And so on.
