10 Episode Television Show Budget Practice

Hi everyone!
Following the great feedback I received on my earlier film budgeting exercises, I wanted to share my latest project, a practice budget for a 10-episode television season. This model is built using the same Excel-based structure I developed for my prior budgets, now adapted to reflect a serialized production format with ATL/BTL breakdowns, post-production estimates, and actuals vs. budget reporting.
Key features include: Daily and episode-based cost tracking, Summary breakdowns by phase (ATL, BTL, Post, Distribution), Tax incentive modeling using Indiana SB0306, Actuals vs. Budget comparison at the season level.
I'm continuing to study real-world budgeting tools like Movie Magic and hot cost tracking. I welcome any feedback, whether on formatting, industry conventions, or ways to improve accuracy.
Thanks for taking a look, and I’d be happy to share the Excel structure with anyone who’s curious.
