Copyright laws didn't anticipate AI/LLMs - will copyright soon be meaningless?

This ruling in favor of Anthropic’s claim that the fair use doctrine allows for use of copyrighted materials to train large language models (LLMs) is either a very narrow view of “fair use”—OR points to the idea that copyright laws just didn’t anticipate LLMs.
