Season 3 of Shrinking premiered this week on Apple TV+ with a special hourlong episode that featured Michael J. Fox in a guest role.
Segel told The Hollywood Reporter that season 3 season is about moving forward.
"Hopefully the energy of the season [is] of people stepping into the unknown," Segel said. "Jimmy is stepping into the unknown of his future . . . And we have that with a few of the characters. That I hope is the electric energy of the season."
