The submissions window is now open for The Writers Lab Int'l, now celebrating its 12th year supporting women and nonbinary film and television writers over the age of 40. This year, TWL Int'l will for the first time offer their in-person laboratory immersive program in both Los Angeles and New York, doubling its impact in the US and giving more access to industry pros.
The Writers Lab will once again accept both feature scripts and pilots and for the first time will offer intensives for both development labs, New York and Los Angeles, doubling their impact in the U.S.
Produced by co-founders Elizabeth Kaiden and Nitza Wilon, the Lab is supported by industry powerhouses Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman, Natalie Portman, as well as the Cornelia T. Bailey Foundation, the Lynch Hall Charitable Fund, and the Lisa Cleff Kurtz & Michael Kurtz Foundation.
