The Broward County Film Commission/Film Lauderdale, in partnership with White Elephant Group, Urban Film Festival, and Mad Arts, presents the South Florida Film Forum, which will take place March 29-30 at Mad Arts in Dania Beach. The SoFlo Film Forum is a gathering of creatives from around the country to celebrate, platform, and uplift underserved creators and communities. The annual event aims to celebrate the historic and unique storytelling native to South Florida.
Over two days, underserved artists and community residents will have the opportunity to engage in panel discussions with industry leaders, delve deep into the intricacies of the screen industry, partake in intimate conversations, and attend mixers that provide invaluable networking opportunities to connect emerging talent and seasoned professionals. The Forum is more than just an event— it’s a step forward in promoting inclusivity and representation in the development of South Florida’s Screen Industry.
