New studio space coming to New York!!

NY Infrastructure Update : Bain Capital and the newly formed Bungalow Projects are developing 1million square feet of Studio Space in New York. With backing from Bain, they just bought a Red Hook development site for $34 million, where they plan to build a film studio with 4 soundstages at 18k sq. feet each. In February they purchased a development site in Bushwick, Brooklyn, near the Netflix studio, where they plan to build a film studio of similar size.
