Hello, my name is Charles from Los Angeles and I'd like to know how to get my foot in the door as a Lay- out member. I mean lay- out in the sense of home protection( mats)?

I am not in the Union yet, but have worked on Union shows trying to get in but just can't catch the right break yet. Please, any help would be beneficial and much appreciated, thankyou!!

    Not out of line at all. Have you checked with the I.A.T.S.E to see if they have a trainee/apprentice/internship program? It might increase your hours on union shows so that you can get your membership. Jus a thought.
