Hi! I’m Sarah McGray.
I interested in the crew group and I am a professional makeup artist. The Halloween franchise inspired me to be in the film industry because horror is my favorite genre and it drove me to learn sfx makeup. I would love to see connections being made in production lot!1 -
Hey!
My name is Ian Franco and I'm an assistant camera on set and an editor/colorist in post! I've spent the last 6 or so years working on lots of short form content like music videos, branded content, scripted shorts, with the occasional feature set sprinkled in between. Basically, if there was a camera involved, I was somewhere nearby!
With the Production Lot, I'm quite interested in connecting more with crew groups, always eager for the chance to learn something new. Connectivity and being social in general are things I find very important in life and work so having another resource like the Production Lot is exciting and I'm thrilled to be a part of it! And of course, this industry wouldn't be what it was without it.
As for influences, my one comfort movie that I always keep coming back to is Jon Favreau's "Chef". Something about food and family reconciliation always scratches my brain the right way. Writing this now reminds me it's may be time for another rewatch soon….
Anyway, looking forward to connecting! (and watching Chef again)1 -

Hello! My name is Henry Craddock. I am a PA and editor based in Brooklyn, NY who is really just starting my professional career in film and video, and I am seeking opportunities to get involved on set or in the edit room to gain experience.
I particularly love editing and working with cameras, but also just being around film production in any capacity and I am willing to try new roles and learn. I am delving into learning screenwriting as well!
When I was 14 years old, I saw the movie Interstellar, which completely changed my outlook on the power of cinema and its possibilities. I am particularly fond of films that eschew convention and experiment in storytelling and formal construction. I love the films of Christopher Nolan as you might have guessed, as well as David Lynch, Kelly Reichardt, Denis Villeneuve, and plenty others. I love watching movies!
I hope this website can help me find a community of likeminded filmmakers who I can potentially work for/with as I advance my career.

Films/TV that has personally influenced me is Akira, Everything Everywhere All At Once, and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I'm looking forward to meeting new people in the industry!

- Greetings, My name is Chadwick Wayne.
- I am interested in Crew, and Producer groups and honestly anything related to film.
- Currently I manage the books of a Real Estate Company my wife and I started, and run an Equine rescue in Central Texas. I aspire to write, direct, and act with the desire to one day create a film that compels people to examine their implicit bias and highlight the tenuous assumptions we hold as self evident truths.
- Fear and Loathing, Snatch, American Psycho and 3 Body Problem are some of my all time favorite works. Ive always been drawn to edgy, raw works, especially if they make me re-examine my own assumptions. I studied Philosophy in college and during my last semester, through a tragic accident, I ended up serving time in Texas penal system, which changed me so profoundly that I am grateful such a tragic accident would become a catalyst for resurrection. I highlight this event, with great apprehension and fear, but hope it highlights my personal experience with the continuum of the human experience and my understanding of human life on a spectrum.
- I hope to gain all the knowledge that is readily offered, with the ultimate goal of expressing the depth of my journey through acting, writing and directing. My ultimate goal is to teach empathy and hope, by using the medium of film.
Thank you for your attention.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Jeion Green. I am an award winning, Black, Queer, Disabled, and Trans-Non-Binary Artist, Producer, and Screenwriter currently residing in Los Angeles, CA. I am also a Director currently in Post Production for a unique and creative Short film to (Series) that I filmed before the strike. Because of the strike, and financial concerns its been very hard to finish my dream. I'm here to find individuals, creatives, and more to help me finish it and continue making breath taking, revolutionary, and inclusive films.
I am interested in Directing, Producing, and Writing films that are pushing the boundaries of what we can imagine. I usually work on projects that include artistic and bold messages about blackness, queerness, disability, and live action anime(?).
I've worked on many productions and have over 10 years of experience in the industry. I hope to find connections here to enhance my production company and make more amazing and award-winning films. Excited to chat. Please message me if you're interested in making things happen and also if you are in a position to financially support projects. Some projects and my IMDb can be found below.

Hi, I'm Chris Gillhaus
- I'm interested in connecting with other crew members, specifically camera department.
- I am currently a camera operator and broadcast technician for ABC.
- I have been most influenced by miniseries such as Band of Brothers, The Pacific, and Masters of the Air. The list is way longer than that, though!
- I would like to see filters in group areas in order to connect with those who specifically work in your department or location.

- My name is Jasmine Miller
- I am most interested in the crew group.
- I am a Script Supervisor.
- While I don't have a favourite film, the adventure genre has been the most influential to me.
- I want to see real life connections made between members.

Howdy everyone!
- My name is Andrea Mehmandoost
- I'm interested in all things production (I've loved film and theatre since I was a kid), but am mostly wanting to focus on production accounting since I work at Entertainment Partners. Having more knowledge on that will create a better understanding of what our clients need.
- My current position is a staff account manager at EP - I am very curious and love to learn. I'd love to continue my path here at EP and gain experience with the financial side of production.
- When I was younger, I lived in a small town in Texas, but my father was an immigrant from Iran and my mother was an immigrant from Guatemala. Film was a way to travel in my mind and allowed me to dream beyond that small town! It also made my mind flexible to ideas and concepts some of my fellow peers weren't exposed to. It made me a great team player and understanding of cultures.
- Ways to interact with mentors and have real experiences to help create a positive and knowledgeable background for my career.

Hello everyone!
- My name is Andrew Tudor, and I'm currently based in Jersey City.
- I'm looking for opportunities to crew for projects local to the NYC area.
- While lighting & grip are the departments I am most familiar with, I also wouldn't mind expanding on my prior experiences in location audio recording/mixing, as well as post-production.
- I feel that for television/film, the one that has impacted me the most is the anthology series Fargo. Though, as a whole, I'd honestly say my biggest inspiration comes from the Dark Souls franchise of video games. Not just in terms of storytelling and worldbuilding, but in its motifs as well.
- I hope to see crew postings/gig opportunities on Production Lot, as well as the opportunity to network and easily communicate with people in the field.
I love the idea of this site, and I'm excited to see how it shapes up moving forward!

- Hi, My name is Robert Keli.
- I am interested in groups where productions are crewing up.
- I am a IATSE Local 80 Craft Service crew member located in Los Angeles and Austin Texas.
- I have had the wonderful opportunity to work on many productions in Los Angeles as well as traveling with productions. One of my favorite work experiences overall would have to be doing Craft Service for LOVE ISLAND Season 8 in Santa Barbara, CA. Spending 3 months on a ranch with 350 cast and crew members at the end of the pandemic is something I won't soon forget. Doing a 24 hour show comes with it's own set of challenges and seeing it thru to end was a great feeling.
- I am hoping to make more connections and get more work from meeting those that may be looking for Craft Service. Here is a link to my specifics…

Hi there. My name is Matt Berlin, and I'm based in LA. I've been a writer, producer, and (off-and-on) actor for over 15 years.
I grew up in the 80s, so take your pick from hundreds of amazing films that inspired me to get into the business. I'm really drawn to the world-building aspect of storytelling, including all the technical stuff to make it happen on screen. I've worked a lot with VFX-heavy projects and have leaned heavily into virtual production over the last few years.I'm interested in upping my skills in budgeting and scheduling, especially with international productions. Hello! My name is Tim Brinker, I'm an editor currently based in LA, but considering a move in the next year or so to the east coast, NY area. I'm interested in post production groups in order to network and hopefully find jobs. Speaking of, if there are any New York based editors that see this, feel free to reply to this post; would love to chat with you about what the editing world is like on that side of the country. My favorite movie is The Empire Strikes Back. I think seeing it at such a young age had a profound effect on me and certainly pushed me towards a career in the film industry.
