Once in the UK, if you're looking for training or networking opportunities, Production Guild of Great Britain and ScreenSkills frequently run industry training and events. Depending on where in the UK you are considering, the various film offices in the nations and regions will also have a wealth of useful info and opportunities, such as Bristol Film Office, Screen Alliance Wales and Liverpool Film Office.Many of these organisations also run online events, which you may be able to attend while you're still in the US.
